Toni Eastwood, Certified Nutritionist and Certified Holistic Cancer Practitioner specializes in cancer prevention and detoxification. "Nutrition, supplementation and herbal medicine play an integral role in the process of detoxification. It is important to bring the body to a state where it will easily release and eliminate toxins. I help clients prepare for detoxification before and after sauna & massage treatments. I focus on studied cancer prevention techniques that incorporate cleansing, drainage and detox protocols."
Toni's holistic nutrition practice emphasizes restoring balance. The root cause of many illnesses today is closely related to an acidic body. Building alkaline reserves is critical in the process of whole body healing.
Infrared therapy stimulates the circulatory system, more fully oxygenating the body's cells. Better blood circulation means more toxins flow from the cellular level to the skin's surface to improve cell health, aid in muscle recovery and strengthen the immune system.
10 min pre-massage session will loosen tight muscles and warm up the body to prepare tissue for a more vigorous and therapeutic massage experience. 20 min-post massage will speed up muscle recovery and eliminate toxins in your cells through sweat.
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body (facia), allowing for greater detoxification. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic tension, especially post-workout muscle stress or muscle tightness and stiffness.

How does infrared sauna differ from a regular sauna?
FAR-infrared saunas differ from traditional saunas in that they use infrared radiant energy to directly penetrate into the body's tissue to produce perspiration. It heats the body directly instead of heating the air, increasing core body temperature, allowing for a much deeper sweat.
Infrared is the band of light we perceive as heat. We cannot see this band of light with the naked eye, but we can feel this type of light in the form of heat. Our sun produces most of its energy output in the infrared segment of the spectrum. Infrared rays heat your body without having to heat the air in-between. This process is called conversion.
The infrared is divided into 3 segments by wavelength measured in microns:near infrared, middle infrared and far infrared. Among these segments, only far infrared penetrates organic substances such as the human body two to three inches so that the warming effect is very uinform.
Because infrared rays are part of sunlight, they are not only safe, but also highly beneficial to our bodies on a cellular level. Health professionals have used infrared heat lamps for decades to treat muscle and joint problems. In hospital baby care units, incubators are often equipped with infrared heating systems to keep newborn babies warm. Hot Yoga studios now use FAR-infrared sauna.
The detoxification process will bring cortisol and blood pressure levels down, reduce swelling and inflammation, joints and tendons become more elastic.
Benefits include, but are not limited to:
Removes toxins and mineral waste
Increased blood circulation
Reduces stress and fatigue
Pain relief from Rheumatoid Arthritis
Relaxing muscle spasms
Clears rashes, acne
Enhances skin tone
Toni is a member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (www.nanp.org) since 2013, actively participating in continuing education to keep up certifications. She has been in private practice since 2013, also working part-time as a Nutritionist for Pharmaca Integrative for over three and half years.
In late 2008, Toni was diagnosed with pernicious anemia. She had suffered from a serious case of mold exposure, coupled with chemical exposure that had severely compromised her immune system. Allopathic medicine determined pernicious anemia to be incurable. Toni developed her own nutrition detoxification program and was cured in early 2014.
"I believe that in order to sustain good health today, detoxification should be an extremely important component of our everyday lives, whether we choose to detox daily, weekly or monthly”.
